Hi Amy,
I know certain areas towards downtown FL are flooded and houses are flooded. I went to downtown Sanford today and the street that runs along the Riverwalk is closed. I was by the flea market today and I didn't see any serious flooding. You can see water sitting in low-lying areas. It's kind of messy out there with branches and leaves all over the place.
