Not many and if there are they are very hard to find. The Chinese food here is different from take out in the Northeast. I think it's primarily because the two regions also are dominated by two different regions of Chinese cooking. I think FL is more of a Cantonese style while NE may be more Szeshaun (I am completely guessing but I have heard something along these lines from the actual restaurant owners.) Also, since Chinese take out is really an American take on Chinese food it is also heavily influenced by the local region. For example in the NE you always get dinner rolls with your meal, here, and almost always in S. FLa, you get fried plaintains. Chinese take-out should really be listed as a great American cuisine as opposed to Chinese. There are however some good authentic Chinese restaraunts in town also.

Green House Chinese Restaurant just South of Wetherbee in the Hunter's Creek area (Albertson's Shopping Center). They have the best take out in South Orlando/Kissimmee IMO.

Some of the best Chinese I have ever had is at Kim Wu Chinese but it is more of a buffet then take out. They are on South Kirkman near Conroy (Universal Studios area).

I agree with the Green House. They are pretty good. They are near the Florida Mall area.

I also think Kim Wu is probably the best. They do have a full menu at dinner, I believe the buffet is mainly at lunch.
