Hello All!
I have been searching for an Apartment near the top notch schools.... Dr. Phillips or Windermere Elementary...(I am open for any other elementary school suggestions near this area). We are buying a business right across Wet-n-Wild so we need to be near the business but also in a safe neighborhood importantly inside a superb district high rated elementary.
BTW...we currently live in California so I don't know anything about this area...
Thank you, I really appreciate any feedback!

I would look into Conway in the Boone High School district. A lot of the apartments are having promotions right now and it is safe and convenient to most areas, including I Drive.

That's a tough question because elementary school districts, unlike High School districts, tend to be very small. Some districts include just a few neighborhoods. That being said, without being able to say that you will be in your district of choice I would look in the Dr. Phillips area or even Metro West. You'll hear mixed review on hear about Metro West but I heard it's getting better and I have family who have lived there for the past few years without any problems.

If you don't absolutely have to be on that side of town, I would look into College Park. The commute is doable since you would be going against traffic and Princeton Elementary is supposed to be a very good school. Baldwin Park and Winter Park have some good schools also. The other areas with good schools are probaly too far for you to travel but Seminole county schools are great too.
