Hello All!
I have been searching for an Apartment near the top notch schools....
Dr. Phillips or Windermere Elementary...(I am open for any other elementary school suggestions near this area). We are buying a business right across Wet-n-Wild so we need to be near the business but also in a safe neighborhood importantly inside a superb district high rated elementary.
BTW...we currently live in California so I don't know anything about this area...

I would look into Conway in the Boone High School district. A lot of the apartments are having promotions right now and it is safe and convenient to most areas, including I Drive.

That's a tough question because elementary school districts, unlike High School districts, tend to be very small. Some districts include just a few neighborhoods. That being said, without being able to say that you will be in your district of choice I would look in the Dr. Phillips area or even Metro West. You'll hear mixed review on hear about Metro West but I heard it's getting better and I have family who have lived there for the past few years without any problems.
