I know there are Realtors on this Site..
so could one of you kindly tell me what the current Amount of Homes for sale in Poinciana are?
I see homes going up on the Market here daily, it baffles me beyond belief because apprently Poinciana is one of the Hardest hit by the Slump!
Thanks

It was one of the areas that sub-prime loans were pushed on people who couldn't afford the houses they bought.

A co-worker of mine finally moved out of his house down there. He paid $236,000 about 18 months ago. Before he moved out the house was just re-appraised by someone hired by his mortgage company for $86,000.

He has not had 1 offer for even a short sale. Now that he is gone it will likely go into forclosure. Oh, and he was living in the house for like 8-9 months without paying a dime.

Oh, the other thing was he told me that he took all of his ceiling fans\fixtures, appliances, and water softener (which came with the house included in the mortgage). He actually said and believes in his own mind that those items are his. He said "I paid extra for those upgrades, so I'm taking them with me".

A real class act.

As of Friday, September 26, 2008, there were over 1,179 homes in the area I call Poinciana-proper. Today, a Poinciana home can be bought as cheap as $63,500.

where is there a house in Poincian listed at 3.3 million..?
the foreclosuer homes are selling out here , at least in my neck of Poinciana..but sadly at a very low price for me...60,000 to 70,000...its sad, very sad...i just hope that these people buying these homes can actually afford them and its not a turnaround as in Foreclousure down the road for them.. i give this area maybe two years before i might be able to sell my house for a decent price!
