Document everything you do. You may have grounds to break your lease without giving a 30 day notice. It wouldn't happen to be Riverfront Apartments? I hope this helps.

also, remember, you're in college. You'll look back on this and laugh. I used to live in a condemned house in college. Not the greatest place but the location was great! We still had fun there.
