Wow! I came on here as Sky tv in the UK just had a live report from kissimmee and I was shocked to see everyone walking around outside in thick sweaters and jackets. Now I know why!

Like I said before, Central Florida is not South Florida. It gets cold here!

Yeah, if you just showed crowd shots from last night's rally you would have not thought it was in Florida. Daily is right, there's a noticeable difference between here and South Florida, and equally so as head the same distance north. Gainesville, Tallahassee and Jacksonville are even colder, so much that there's a noticeable difference in seasons up there.

Orlando hit 45F this morning. This breaks the old record low for the date (46F) set in 1953.

Never been cold when I've visited at this time of year over the last 20 odd years but looking at some facts and figures I've obviously been very lucky.
