Hey all! I'm a mom from NJ and I'm thinking about planning a trip to Orlando. My son's birthday is coming up and I was wondering if anyone has heard of Nick Hotel's Best Birthday Present Ever promotion? I believe that if it is a guest's birthday that you can get a night's stay free. I think my son would really love this. Thanks!

How old is your son? I dont know about the birthday party promotion but we took our 4,6,and 7 year old kids there last march and they absolutely loved it. Maybe even better then Disney. I went online and looked at some eopinions, some good, some not so good, but we had a decent experience. Great character breakfast and great pool and shows for the kids. If they are the right age group and watch the nick cartoons, they will have a blast. Its not a 4 star hotel but for kids, they think its the best.

Hope that helped.

Recent reviews on this hotel have been fairly deplorable--dirty rooms and a terrible restaurant. I'd read up on it before you book. Free isn't worth dirty in my mind.

We went a few times and all that mattered was how much fun our kids had and boy they had a great time! That made us old folks have a good time too. Hope you had/have fun!

We had 4 guys go (2 dads + 2 sons) and had a blast. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, lot's to do day and night. Our room was kinda heavy on the sponge-bob theme but that's half the fun. Our boys were autistic pre-teens.
