Hi everyone,

My wife is a PHD chemist and looking for a position in the Orlando area. Does anyone know of any biotech or chemical companies in the area? I know there has been a lot of press with the Burnham Institute, but that appears to be just getting off the ground in Orlando.

Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.

I know that there is a large blood lab in Deland that is always looking for people with chemistry degrees. Check out DaVita Inc. in Deland.

Default Ms.

The Burnham Institute for Medical Research is locating a large facility in Orlando. Their temporary laboratory is near completion and they are hiring, specifically phD chemists. Contact them.

This is the Burnham's website: http://www.burnham.org

They are already to begin their work by August 2007. They have a temp lab set up in the ICP Corridor. Keep in mind we are also getting a UCF Medical School, VA Hospital next to Burnham. So they are all hiring for this area. There are a lot of homes, communities here.

Any further information, please let me know.
