Would anyone be willing to share what their HOA fees are in the Oviedo area? I am considering a move there.

Depends on the neighborhood, Some are as low as 100-200/yr or non-existant, some can be a few hundred a month. What neighborhoods in Oviedo where you looking within and what price range would help me get you a better range of Fee's you'd be likely paying.

Thanks for your response GregTraub. I am looking for a home about 3-4 miles north of UCF for about 250.000. I have just begun to search, and am not real familiar with all the subdivisions yet. I would like something that is no more than 15 years old, and hopefully much newer. It would be great if it didn't have an HOA fee at all, so the less the better.

Does central Florida have a website for MLS listings? I live in Tennessee and we have realtracs.com. Realtors can look on realtracs.net. I already know about realtor.com. Is there one for MLS though?

For newer single family homes in that price range in Oviedo your HOA dues will probably be under $500 a year if not much less. There may be a few gated communities though that are higher. For newer homes in that area though, you will almost always have an HOA. It's the older homes not in subdivisions that may not have HOA's.

The best search that is directly linked to the local MLS is actually Florida Homes for Sale direct from MLS I wish I could say the search on my website is the best, but this site was just put up by the local association and really does have some of the best and easiest search features. You will want to click Seminole County to search oviedo by map. I also did a search for you based on just the area you mentioned and price range, you have a DM for that.

If there is anything else I can help you with, don't hesitate.

anywhere from $25 to $250 a month. Most homes are low, condos and townhomes high
