I live in the neighborhood right next to Indian Lakes called Southern Pines. Indian Lakes is a very pretty subdivision.

I have a relative considering Indian Lakes subdivision (retired, no children so schools are not an issue). Can anyone with more recent experience comment?

I live across the street in cypress preserve. Saint cloud in general is an okay place to live (I prefer more cultural diversity, access to shopping, dining, etc.). the pros are that it's pretty quiet and by and large a safe area. I just worry that in 10+ years it will turn into a spawn of Kissimmee.
