Just be careful about 32825. Some parts of this zip code are nice, and some are really bad. Some areas along E Colonial in this Zip code are the worst in east Orlando.
32817, 32826, and 32828 are better.

when I mention 32825, I specifically mean the Cypress Springs neighborhood which is very nice, The Further North you and it starts getting bad. I think it's a general rule throughout all of orlando that the closer you get to HWY 50 the less desireable things become.

I was just warning for that reason. The area around Valencia and Union Park is nasty. The areas around Cypress Springs and Chickasaw Farms are pretty nice. I thought I would throw that in there since the 32817 and 32828 zip codes do not have any areas quite as bad as that bad part of 32825 and I were not from Orlando I would want to be warned of that. It is actually once of my least favorite parts of town.

I'm a newbie, but from what I've learned it's almost unheard of for the bank to call the note due as long as you continue making payments correctly. I think a lot of people buy under their own name and then transfer title to their LLC afterwards, which should trigger the clause, but they don't have any problems. Just what I've heard.
