Hey, first-time poster - lived in Orlando for about 5 years now. Young professional who has lived by the UCF area when going to school there, living by Millenia (terrible decision) after graduation and now looking at places to live in Downtown Orlando in Lake Eola area for many reasons that I don't really want to get into.

But just need opinions/comments/etc. on a few places:

Looking at rentals as there is no need for me to buy right now...

1. Aspire (top choice, REALLY looking for opinions on this)
2. Paramount on Lake Eola
3. Vue/Waverly/101 etc.

Aspire is def. my top choice from what I've seen, toured and what they have offered.

Thank you very much for your help and time. Much appreciated!

Give it a day or two - there are Real Estate Agents on here who can give you a lot of opinions.

I workout across from the Vue and if I didnt have a house already I would live there. Reminds me of what Chicago is like downtown and it's right across from Lake Eola.

I've never been inside any of the ones you speak of but I do know people love the Solaire and the Vue.

I liked Paramount. the units were nice, rather expensive but its downtown seems to come with the territory. The Waverly seems to have everyone complaining about thin walls. I've been in a few of them, the present well the penthouses have great views.
I unfortunately have no experience with Aspire. The rental on the MLS in Paramount is $3500...ouch.
A friend of mine is in the Vue and he likes it. I thought the Solaire is a little stark and Im not a fan of the loft / studio style.

I guess my issue is just finding a right fit. Budget around 1000-1400 for a solid 1 bedroom thats safe and won't worsen after a year, thats really what I'm looking for. A place downtown that I know I can count on not having issues after 1 year!

Vue looks amazing though I agree on that. Not a fan of Paramount from what I've seen, something about it just doesn't click with me...
