We have to relocate to the orlando area. we are a married couple in our 30's with 3 kids under 10 yrs old. What is the best area and inexpensive area to buy a house. Also I'm from Ft Lauderdale and my kids are use to playing on sports teams , is there a park and rec that organizations teams for kids?
Thanks for you help

Anyone know anything about Poinciana recently?

I would avoid Poinciana if you can, there are great housing deals around so if you can buy I think you can get in a better area for not much more. I have a brother who lives in a sub division called Montego Bay in Kissimmee, he has several kids and the school are good and he said houses in his sub division are going for like $120k to $150k, so a bit more than Poinciana but still a good price. If you look around you can find decent sub divisions to consider. As for sports, there are lots of programs around like warner soccer. Good Luck to you!

DO NOT move to Poinciana! If you have young kids, I'd try to stay in Seminole county where the schools are good. We have sports, parks, and rec organizational teams too. It's really big here. What price range are you in? What is inexpensive to you? Also, where will your work be?
