Wow is all i can say, i'm sorry some of you have been treated like you have, i'm an Brit in Orlando with a management co, were not all like that there are some very sincere people, its sad to hear we are having such bad press against this manner.

It's tough to read all of the negative comments on this thread about certain rental management companies. We are an upstart rental management company and have an A+ rating with the BBB as well. I am glad there are other companies posting on this forum as well that have a great rating and really look out for their homeowners and guests. It's great to see that not all of us are doing the wrong things. Good luck in your search.

We have been with LoyaltyUSA for our management company for 2 1/2 Years now, and we LOVE them!!! Although the rental bookings are down a little bit this year, they are a GREAT and HONEST company to work with!!!
