The robbers have got to be following you. Crime is all around you. I would move if I were you.

You'd think I lived in a ghetto watching the news. You see this stuff all the time in the area. It never seems to happen to me. Either I'm lucky or the media overhypes it to make it sound like it's everywhere.

Nirvana-guy, what is your point? Are you trying to impress us -- "See how ghetto Orlando is, and I live there?" Are you trying to warn us -- WE GET IT! What is the point?

This happens all over. Check the local news for every major city and the same thing happens there too, so it is not only here in Orlando.

I think somebody put a tracking device on you and is following you. Hire a body guard, get an armored vehicle and wear bulletproof clothing, you never know. They must hit every place you shop in, work in and perhaps now they will go to where you live. Wait, that is the only safe section in Florida. Is it a fly free zone also? Because then you are really protected.

Is your house gated and surrounded by a moat and patrolled by armed guards and dogs with all kinds of bells and whistles around it? Because, I believe you live in the most secured area anywhere in the world - according to you and everything else is just the ghetto.

duh, downtown is by a very poor area and there is also nice neighborhoods mixed in there too. but come on stop worrying about this stuff unless you want to be an activist on crime. get ur self elected to city council or something to do something about the crime issue.

there will always be crime near the bad areas of town.

Well, based on the date of the original post there's one thing I can say for certain....... You probably paid at least $.40 less per gallon than that station is charging today.....

LOL.... well, I would not know how much they are selling gas for, I will not go pump in that area again!

Has anyone noticed how it seems like it's 1 or 2 7-11s being robbed everyday?? And it seems like it's 1 muder per day in Orlando now. Hey, did anyone see that illegal alien killing a person on a DUI (victoms's name not yet released) and bonding out just like that??

Good on VAFury!
