Does anyone know what is planned for new retail at Vista Lakes/E. Orlando/417 area?

I know there is a new Home Depot and Walgreens under development at Lee Vista & Narcoosee...as well as a new Wal-Mart off of Goldenrod.

Any other idea what is coming...looks like a big box is planned for Lee Vista & 417/Econ Trail area....any ideas?

check out learnlakenona.com, some of the plans for down Narcoosee closer to 417 are on the website. Closer to Vista Lakes, next to Home Depot is commercial/retail/restaurants. It's my undestanding, but definately not from a confirmed source, that it will be similar concept to Waterford Lakes. I have been meaning to do my homework on this and have not yet, but this is what I "heard". I would love to hear what others know about this area also. I am planning to invest here.

I was told it would be an upscale outdoor shopping/restaurant similar to Winter Park Village at Lee Vista/Econ./417.
