It's basically a planned medical community in Lake Nona. As far as I know it's scheduled to house

UCF Medical School
Burnham Research Institute
Nemours Childrens Hospital
New VA Hospital
UF Medical Research Center

I've seen some construction photos. The UCF Medical school is almost done and the Burnham Research building is also almost complete. I believe the next slated to be started are the VA Hospital followed by the Nemours Children Hospital. Here's a good link with photos also:

Is it expected to be like the Houston Medical Center?

It is happening, Medical City in Orlando - Lake Nona - UCF College of Medicine - Nemours Children's Hospital - Veterans Medical Center - - from Florida Trend, Florida's Source For Business News

I stop by when I'm showing homes in the area and pop pictures for my online newsletters, i'm impressed.
