Hello to all here! I stumbled across this website and it seemed very interesting to me and thought I could post my inquiry here for your help.

I am looking for a 2 BR duplex in the Southeast Orlando area. I did a search on Orange County Property's appraiser's website to look for property uses with 08** codes and you get not only duplexes but any multi-family dwellings including apartment complexes. I have lived for the last 2 years in upstairs apartment/condos and am so tired of running up and down the stairs, especially with groceries!

I am asking do any of you happen to know of any duplexes that maybe available through private landlord vs property management companies. I admit my credit isn't the best but I do have a good job and I am doing my best to get these credit issues paid and off my credit report.

So, do any of you Orlando folks know of any landlords out there that own duplexes that have any rentals available in the Southeast Orlando area?

Your feedback is most appreciative.

PS...Lived in Orlando ALL of my life and don't think I'll ever move from here...as well as all my immediate family is in Orlando.

Check the local newspapers and Craigslist. Some places are advertised saying 'no credit' needed. You'll be fine. Finding a duplex while most of the snowbirds are out of town should be easy enough. They are all over the place.

Welcome to CD! We hope you stick around and post with us!!!
