The AC I would say is about 72/74 (76/78 in the Winter)

One fridge is in the kitchen, the other in the Gargae. The freezer is actually outside in the back patio.

You indicate you have this house already. so what are your elec bills? you can call the elec company and get an idea of past bills. if you arent present turn the air up to at least 80 this will save a fortune. I have never heard of anyone here having an $800 elec bill so I dare say that is extreme and something is not right if that happens.

I would guess in vaca mode the house would run in the 150-300 range. kill circuits att he breaker. don't run the water heater. basically the fridge, and ac...

I was under the impression they were going to be living there full time based on other posts where the poster is looking for employment. There would be five people living in the house, a large fridge in the garage and a freezer outside, and they want to cool the house pretty low. I could easily see an $800 electric bill during the hottest summer months based on that.
