I am thinking of moving there and would like any input you have. Schools ? Hospitals ? Crime ? We also were considering Longwood, if any input on that area I would appreciate it also.

There are some beautiful areas in that zip code, but also some not desirable areas. The crime is not bad in the nice areas, primarily west of I4. Houses can be very pricy there, but there are small pockets with reasonable priced homes. The schools in the northwest cluster, for elementary are fine. Depending on where you live, the middle school maybe Heathrow or Millenium. I would pick Heathrow over the two. The high school would be Seminole High. If you are involved in the Health Academy or the IB program, it should be fine. If you are a regular student, I've heard mixed reviews. They have a hospital in Sanford that's fine.

Longwood, on the hand, would definately be my choice. Schools are fine and crime is low. If you live in Longwood, I would try to be zoned for Lake Mary High or Lake Brantley High. Housing has more affordability and choices on the less expensive end. The hospital in Longwood is decent, they get you in less than an hour. (that's there new rule)

Are you looking to rent or buy? What price range? If you give me more info, I can help you more. How old are your kids? Where will you be working?
