Just thought I would share...over the Labor day weekend we had visitors from 'home'. So that is what they wanted to do. We had a blast at Wet N Wild and it really was not that crowded (altho I must say, after reading on here and the news, my 11 year old daughter was nearly a barnacle to my side....she was quite annoyed with me...lol) The multi person tube rides were really quite fun both in design and theme. AND I found their food to be pretty good for theme park food. The hub and daughter had hot dogs and fries...but I had the chicken parm sandwich and our friend had pizza...all were really good and the portions were pretty huge! The hub and his buddy also had the waffle cone ice cream...I was too full for that...lol! but it looked really yummy! Personal favorite ride was the Disco H2O ride and of course, the wave pool. Brain Wash made me sortof ill...LOL...

The next day we went for a half hour Lake Jesup Airboat ride. Note to self, don't eat breakfast because you will eat alot of bugs on an airboat ride....lol!! We got to ride past the Bird Sanctuary Island, which was FULL of birds, of course. We saw TONS of all sorts of birds. Two baby gators, one GIANT gator smack in the middle of the lake. Apparently tho it was somewhat hot to see too many gators. I suspect you might see many more in the cooler weather on a lake with an estimated 10k gators in it. (don't think that didn't give me pause getting into that boat!!!) We saw some cows?! And just some beautiful nature...swamps, grasslands, wetlands, and like I said.....alot of bugs...lol! Very nice ride!

Just thought I would share with everyone!
