Well that's not true. While I am black, my husband is white and ALL of my neighbors are white... In Casselberry and Fern Park I it is definitely not all black. All you have to do is check the school ethnicity info to see that is clearly not the case.. Some areas have more blacks than other areas but that is extremely broad for someone to say it has gone ALL black... If you are asking about a particular street maybe someone could tell u, but none of the cities in Central Florida are all anything... Hope that helps.

News to me, it's a good mix of all.

Not as bad as DC, NY City, SanFran, Atlanta but if you work downtown give yourself an extra 15 to 30 minutes.

You can always find work but again it depends on your trade.

The Police are Ok in my book, unless you're a speeder or dabble in crime related activities you shouldn't need to look over your shoulder except to look out for the ones that do.

Yeah, I think Orlando has a good measure of diversity and representation by every group. I think currently estimates are about 45% Caucasian, 30% African American, 20% Hispanic, and 5% other (mainly Asian, Indian, Arab, etc.).
