That's a nice neighborhood. Gated/Guarded, nice pools, rec area, etc.

My wife and I looked at some houses in there. The only negative is that the monthly HOA is high ($200+), and taxes are higher on that side of Narcoossee rd.

We ended up finding a bigger house farther down Moss Park rd. to build....but VillageWalk is an excellent neighborhood.

Yup Nice community even have their own little retail area IN the neighborhood gates. The HOA's are very high for single family homes, but they at least maintain your landscaping, I think they cover cable (not 100% on that) and even cover the monitoring of your home alarm.

You can get more house for the $ though just up the street as the previous poster mentioned off Moss Park and up Narcoosee.

Hi, my wife and l bought a new home in village walk just over 1 year ago as a vacation home and we are so pleased with it and the site, so far so good. Prior to that, we bought a DR Horton home, it was a nightmare and the site quickly turned into a slum once the builders left. The builders were absolute rubbish and the snag list never got completed, even by the time we left. I wouldnt buy a new DR Horton home with 50% discount.
