yea but they're not in a desirable area. They have a lot of nice apartments and town homes though.

There are duplexes in a not-too-bad area: Click Here Laurel Oaks, I think is the name.

I spent a couple years of my childhood in one of these. Of course, that was back in the late 80's and I'm sure they've changed. As for the area, it's fine. As for the neighborhood, I don't have any clue as to what type of people have moved in over the years.

In my opinion, the Oviedo Grove apartments are the nicest within the city limits (at Lockwood and Mitchell Hammock). There are a few that are listed as "Oviedo," but they're technically unincorporated Seminole County and use Oviedo as a mailing address. Not that it means anything as to the quality of the apartments.

I think Oviedo Grove are the most convenient and nicest overall apartments in the area.

Depends if you are looking for a dedicated complex or not.

I can think of at least two small groupings of duplexes within a half mile of broadway and central that have what seems like good long term rental residents. They look to be of late eighties vintage in stable old Oviedo.
