I am trying to find out about how much a month would Electric cost, and also any other utilities like water, sewage, pest control, etc. With Central Heat and A/C.

Also, what is a good cable/internet/phone company that has On-demand like comcast and verizon. We are probably going with comcast, but any suggestions would help.

The Square Footage will range from either 650 sq ft - 950 sq ft.

Thanks

I am in a 1 bedroom apartment, I get a utility bill that covers electric, water and sewer and it runs around $100 a month, did get up to $160 in July but it was hot and my husband is home all day with a/c running. We have Brighthouse internet and cable w/HDTV plus 2 DVR boxes, it runs a total of $129.90 a month.

My utilities are electricity and sewage through OUC. The bill runs between $90 and $130 depending on the time of year. I leave the air off when I am at work. I am a teacher, so my bills are higher in the summer because I am home more.

The major cable company here is Brighthouse, though Comcast services some neighborhoods. They have "On Demand" programming. If you live in an AT&T U-Verse serviceable area, get ready to get blasted with junk mail galore asking you to switch.
