I had posted previously about some low price condos, I am also looking into the possibility of a Mobile/manufactured home, or even maybe a travel trailer. Looking for an all age park that allows year round occupancy. Does anyone know of any decent ones in the Orlando and surrounding area? What should I expect to pay for Lot Rent? Thanks

There is Carraige Cove in Sanford. They screen ppl before they allow ppl to move there which is a good thing. I believe their lot rent is around $500 whcih is high to me, but they do have a pool and more. It is is also centrally located. You can get a really good deal on a trailer now. Here's their website: Carriage Cove Mobile Home Park in Sanford, FL

Are you interested in the South Lake County area? There are a few "cheaper" places out this way that may suit your needs.
