You will stand for most of the day unless you are a cashier in which case you may or may not have a stool. The work will be very fast paced. I worked one extra hours shift in quick service and spent the whole shift wiping tables and emptying trash cans (four hours straight of one, then four hours straight of the other), but that was because I didn't have any QSR training and those jobs don't really require training; if you worked in the department you would do a lot more. I worked at Sunshine Seasons in the Land at Epcot, they have a single one hour break in an eight hour instead of two thirties or two fifteens and a thirty; I don't know if that is just them or standard for QSR. Not sure how many hours you can get, there is a maximum limit you can average over a period of time as part time or you will be put in "overutilized" status and will be limited in how many shifts you can pick up until your average goes back down.
