Just curious, has anybody ever worked at both Disney and Universal, at the same time, seasonal or PT.

I think the conflict their could be that both would want you to work on historically busy times, holidays and special events. I don't know anyone who has tried that one.

The only people I know who have done it have technical or talent specialties and were a f/t permanent employee at one park and picked up stray shifts on an oncall basis at the other.

I can tell you that they kept their "freelance" work quiet, and they could have been terminated if the regular job knew of it.

I knew a custodial guy who did it, but he spoke very little English so I could never find out his whole story.

I know 2-3 people that are either full-time at Universal/Disney and seasonal at the other. Being seasonal you just work when you want, usually at Universal that would be Special Events such as Mardi Gras or Halloween Horror night. At Disney you just go online and pick up shifts whever there is one available at your loccation. I know someone who is part time at both works 4-5 days a week and goes to school. You could probably do both seasonal and work a full time job, just be prepared to work 6-7 day weeks a few times a year since you have to keep a certain number of hours to maintain your status.
