Winter Park has a lot of potential. I'm surprised people just don't paint their homes,..a bit of landscaping etc....

I am looking to rent a house that I found, it is pretty close to Full Sail. It is off of Forsythe in a small subdivision. We are adults, not students, is this a decent area? The house looks older, but it looks clean and kept nicely.

The center of it is about the intersection of Park Ave and Morse Blvd

Higher unemployment, foreclosures and steeper home value declines than most other states took it's toll. I think the bottom has been hit in Florida and things are improving but very slowly. People need jobs and income to maintain and improve their properties.

So you're saying the next wave of shadow foreclosures which is as large as the first wave isn't going to affect home prices?
