These condos are nice. They are conveniently located in Lake Mary near I4. It is a safe area to live and very convenient. They have 2 ppols, hot tub, gym, tennis and more. To me, it feels like resort living. I'd much rahter rent one of these privately owned condos than an apartment. My daughter used to live there and I have friends who live there. Good choice.

Do a search on here at the top right and put in Regency Park. There are several other threads about it.

Regency Park used to be apartments that were converted into condos. As well as Notting Hill in Lake Mary. They are both good places to live, location and school wise. However, if you are buying a condo, most lenders can't fund apartments converted into condos. usually, you would need 20-30% cash of the purchase price if you were trying to finance. Hope that helps a bit!

Default just bought in Regency Park

We just bought a 2/2 near the lake. The AC was bad and needed carpet and paint but got a fairly good deal. You cant easily get financing because the mortgage companies wont lend less than 50,000 etc and you shouldnt pay more than 50 for a 2 bedroom right now. We paid cash. they are fixing the ground up very well. It seems to be a good investment because the area is safe and convenient.
