with all due respect, you are incorrect. Orlando's populations isn't any more transient than other metros its size. The I-4 corridor is very equally divided as far as politics go. We were a big reason why Obama won. A lot of people were depending on us. I wish we could of allowed him to loose. But I guess we will learn from our mistake.

Thats what they were talking about. Other metros our size are just as transient as Orlando, but not all cities are as equally divided as us. Its known as a "swing" area there are a hand full of these areas in the US, it doesn't have anything to do with the number of people leave and new people coming. That has to do with the size of the metro.

They were talking about the "transient political climate?" That's pretty interesting. I could have sworn they were refering to the voters - cant have votes without the people.

I think Orlando's economy will fare better this summer than it did during winter.

"Florida cities dominate our list, with Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville joining Miami. Florida's real estate market keeps falling even as some herald the start of a rebound."

Orlando truly is a nice city that many see more negatives to than it's overwhelming positives.
