Just curious...what would the HOA be at Isleworth's??

They probably don't have one. Part of the build/live in Isleworth requirement might be to put a million into a Tavistock Financial Portfolio upfront. Just a guess on my part!

It is $1458 / quarter so around $6,000.

There are 41 homes available in the community as small as 2851 sq ft for a little more than $1.6M to the more elegant homes with 16,500+ sq ft at over $10,000,000. (pictured)



The median home price is about $3M.

If these HOA's seem bad, there are some much higher Four communities on the gulf charge $11,000 annually.
With assessments we have some condos here in town that exceed $18,000...ouch!

Gheez with those kind of HOA fees you still have neighbors backing into fire hydrants and getting clubbed with golf irons!
