Hi all! I've been living in a house I own in the 32807 area code (btwn 436 & Goldenrod north of Colonial) but my sister is moving away and I'm looking for an apt now. My parents are going to move into my home and I'm just going to get something small for myself.

Anyway, I've been looking at reviews for apartments online and even some of the nicer looking ones have bad reviews. I don't know what to do! I want to stay near my work which is about half way btwn Colonial & Aloma on 436, so like 32807 or 32792. I'm in my mid-20's but I'm a quiet professional who likes her peace and quiet. The Full Sail kids aren't too bad, I've been living with one for 2 years so I don't mind a place near there. Here are my needs:

Quiet
Safe
Pet Friendly (I have a 70lb dog)
Rent btwn $600 $800
Loft/Studio or 1b/1b
Clean & fairly updated

I'm really just looking for advice, reviews, anything to help me pick a nice place. Thanks in advance!

I live in the 32807 at Chickasaw crossings off of goldenrod and lake underhill

they allow pets (yes 70 pounds too) the sercurity deposit is $200 and a additional $10 a month on rent

Rent for a one bedroom starts from $585-$730 they have 3 different 1 bedroom floor plans

the grounds are beauitfullly kept and you will enjoy walking your dog aroung the lake

it is very quiet here (as long as you don't have a apartment facing the 408)
I have always felt safe here.

The only con is the apartments aren't updated but it doesn't bother me at all.

If you have any questions about any other apartments in the area please feel free to message me I have been to all of them when I was searching for an apartment a year ago.
