Curious about St Ives subdivision, they state having a community pool, clubhouse, tennis. I could only find a pool on Woodgreen Dr.
Could someone explain the boundaries for this subdivision and just who shares the community pool. Golf is?

Wish there was a map of the subdivisions in orlando, we have one available, but I have not had any luck finding one online to print.

Thanks!

St. Ives is a neighborhood within Orange Tree. Orange Tree which covers a huge area, including the clubhouses/golf course/playground. If you look on google maps you'll see one street (St. Ives Blvd.) leads away from Woodgreen. That circle of houses is St. Ives. The rest of Orange Tree's boundaries are Dr. Phillips Blvd., Wallace Rd., and Turkey Lake Rd. As a part of St. Ives you'd be able to access all of these the amenities.

Thank you! Thats a very large area for Orange Tree. I have started printing out the area, since I can not find a map with subdivisions listed. I am overlaying my printed maps so I can write the subdivision on my overlay, noting school. You brought up something I did not know. Apparently, the fl mls site, does not list the subdivision accurately. They also have dr phil and olympia schools listed wrong on some homes. A lot do not even say, thus I don't bother with the home further.

If you want to see specifically what schools cover what homes this can be accessed at https://www.ocps.net/Parents/Pages/FindaSchool.aspx

Olympia serves the area mostly to the North of the school. Bay Hill goes to Dr. Phillips, Isleworth attend Olympia. Much of Windermere attends West Orange.

Unfortunately, many agents are lazy and don't take any time to fill out the school info. especially if it is a short sale, for e it adds just that much more info to better sell a home. Those that work only REO's are really bad about that but I have seen it with all the others. I encourage those with listed homes to verify the accuracy of your listings. Ask your agents to make sure they are complete. If you are going to list look at the listings of the agents. Do they have 12 pictures. Does it use the public discription, are room dimensions filled out, schools and so forth. You never know how someone is going to search to find your home. make sure it has the best odds of being found.

Hope this helps.
