HORSHAM, Australia, June 23 (UPI) -- Police in Australia said two men dubbed "dumb and dumber" by investigators shot each other with an air rifle to see whether it would hurt.

I sure hope this is not the next level of competitiveness we men see as we get older. I sort of like the running, swimming, and biking, even enjoy the agony of defeat and thrill of victory in races but that is a different type of pain than getting shot.
I think my age group enjoys trading copies of our x-rays to show off the new knee repairs or the high tech shoulder complete with built in electronic bone sappers to speed up the repairs, as much as we show off out new light weight bikes, or barefoot running shoes. One of the group (a Female at that) has raised the standard with a new state of the art pacemaker. I think her husband may need to get the doctor to give him some speed to keep up with her now.
I don’t see them wanting to trade photos of the slugs removed from them as proof of their ability to withstand pain.

Unbelievable! It was only an air rifle, but that can still put somebody in a world of hurt!
Besides pain killers, those guys needed a good dose of Stupidity Killer pills.

I'm definitely glad they didn't use a firearm that shoots bullet projectiles.
Somebody also needs to give those guys a book called Gun Safety for Dummies, and they need to know that It doesn't matter what kind of a gun it is, even if it's an air gun, you never point it at anyone, let alone shoot them with it.
