Will any of those allow me to post a tiny verizon mifi device and it's power cord across a few states to a family member, or do all of them have a strict, no devices policy?? Thanks

I would imagine it's not an issue with any of them. We receive devices and accessories through UPS, FedEx and USPS all the time.

Or am I misunderstanding the question?

I must be too... cuz all 3 of them will let you ship guns across state lines, I don't see them having an issue with communication devices.

The only thing I can think of that might cause problems is if the unit contains lithium batteries.

They ship computers, laptops, printers and all kinds of stuff through these places. Unless it ticks like a clock you should be fine. Something that ticks they may open and check. Call them, tell them what you want to ship and see what they say.

They will expect you to disclose what the contents are, but they should let you ship it.

I would ask, but in the past I have bought cellphones from Ebay and they were all shipped UPS or regular mail service...and they contained the batteries, chargers, headsets, all that had wires, and whatever else. One might consider physically showing it to the postal worker before even boxing it up, just to make sure.
