'Life is too short to deal with this'... has been removed from my vocabulary. For awhile now. But I just heard it on T.V. and it reminded me I wanted to thread this the other day.

Am I the only one that feels, as though, this is just a terrible diversion of the fact of how PRECIOUS life is?

Even if we lived five-hundred or a thousand years, I wouldn't want to put myself through any thing less than a peaceful existence. Life is 'tough' and 'tragic' enough as it is.

Just a thought.

To me, this very quote DOES allude to how precious life is. To me, it means that life is too precious to spend our time sweating the small stuff; don't waste the time that we do have on trivial things that will not matter when all is said and done.

Yes to what Pam and Beachmel have said... but a little different twist to how you might want to think about it...

Something you find yourself about to get all worked up over... trust me, it DOESN'T matter when you're dead!

Spend the gift of life you've been given in positive pursuits and you'll have few regrets when you're older.
