Wow, I just went back and looked at my first post. It was very long and with a picture of a moose that I had just taken when back to Maine on a visit. I must have been a little nervous or something cause I couldn't shut up.
I was looking for a place to stay in touch with folks from Maine as I plan to retire back there. Many family members live there and I was born and raised there. I ended up meeting quite a few on the Maine forum and have even had several dinners, lunches and even a whale watching tour in Eastport, ME with CDers. Cool people on here for sure.
I have never posted in the Sacramento forum. That was never my interest. Only Maine really and of course OT.

, but I've stayed because of the variety of discussions in all the forums. I log in almost every day now - at least for a little while - to read the posts. I like being able to keep up with what's going on in my home town in Texas too.
