MANTECA, Calif. - Police in the California say a woman survived a 40-mile ride clinging to the hood of a minivan driven by her husband after the two got into an argument.
Manteca authorities told KOVR-TV that 36-year-old Christopher Michael Carroll is being held at the San Joaquin County Jail on a charge of attempted murder.
