Today's Question(s):

List a couple of the songs that were popular the year you were born ?
According to the site Karla so kindly provided, the two top songs in the month and year I was born were 'Ghost Riders in the Sky' (Vaughn Monroe) and 'Some Enchanted Evening' (Perry Como). Of course, at the time I wasn't really into music much!

Bonus Question:

What are you expected temps on this the First Day of Spring ?
It's autumn where I am and almost bedtime on Sunday evening. It rained on and off most of the day, and the temp was probably around 78F, give or take.

Extra Credit Question:

I better get "my rear in gear" and start or finish
1.
(Start) cleaning and tidying house (friend coming to stay for a few days, arriving tomorrow)
2.
(Finish) re-painting the laundry room.
3.
Can't think of anything else worth mentioning!

Inquiring Minds Question:

For those that are or were married was the "proposal" a surprise ?
Not really... in fact I don't think there was a formal proposal... it was just kind of assumed.

Just For Fun:

Last thing you bought from a Vending Machine ?
I can't remember - it would have been years and years ago.

Have a Super Sunday everyone!

Today's Question(s):

List a couple of the songs that were popular the year you were born ?
After consulting with Wikipedia I have determined that Elvis was quite popular at the time. I will have to take Wikipedia's word for that as I seemd to have failed to make note of what songs were playing on the radio during my first year on this planet. Then again, it is possible my parents did not have a radio when I was born. I really did not pay much attention to details that year. So rather than continuing to ramble on, I will list a couple songs.

1. All Shook Up (Elvis)
2. Jailhouse Rock (Elvis)

Because it is Sunday and I don't want you to have to work hard You can check your year here

List of number-one hits (United States) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Bonus Question:

What are you expected temps on this the First Day of Spring ?
If I recall correctly, when you asked if I new when the first day of spring was, I was not sure. That being the case, I have no idea what the temp will be on that day. (actually I do know when the first day of spring is, but am too lazy to see what the temp will be)

Extra Credit Question:

I better get "my rear in gear" and start or finish
1. Getting ready for work
2. Deciding what to have for lunch
3. Answering the rest of these questions

Inquiring Minds Question:

For those that are or were married was the "proposal" a surprise ?
I am pretty sure I have never been married.

Just For Fun:
