when you feel not well ,what would you want to do??

Paladinking, when you say you "feel not well," do you mean that you feel sad? When I feel sad, I try to relax and do something to take my mind off things. That could be a walk in a park, reading a good book, watching a movie or spending time with friends. Also, doing volunteer work ~ helping people in need ~ makes me happy.

PaladinKing, I'm with Pam, take it easy for 3 or 4 days, eat healthy food, drink plenty of liquids, that doesn't include alcohol of course. and I know you'll be feeling better and at your 110% again.

Feeling 'not well' is an absolutely horrible feeling.
Try to do more of whatever it was you were doing right before you started feeling bad.
Can't hurt to try and talk to the man upstairs.
Feel better soon.

Identify why you aren't feeling well? Is it physical? See a doctor.
Something on your mind? Take steps to solve the problem.

Something else for which there is no tangible reason? Maybe it is a mental illness, depression or something. Maybe see counseling or a psychiatrist.

paladinking, everyone has contributed a bunch of good ideas, if I think it is what I go through off & on, I hope you get out of it soon (?just guessing). And if its health issues, I hope you feel better soon. Either way, we all have those days, I hope it passes for you soon!

Is this only temporary? What I mean is, you're not chronically-depressed, right?

I do fall into occasional moods that are so bad, like a black cloud over me, and it's best for people to leave me alone, because I need to "enjoy" that bad mood until it passes. People around me only make it worse in those situations.

Do you need to do something for yourself? Then do it, and to Hell with everyone else. I mean it. I've known so many people whose loved ones are inconsiderate asses. Serve yourself for a change.

If it's physical ~ and I've been there, and it's hard ~ take as good a care of yourself as possible, and seek a support group if there is one in your area.
