Good answer, zonababe, only it would have to be some other famous American because George Washington had no children.
Hmmmm.......Paul Revere? Thomas Jefferson??? Mayflower descendants??? Descendants of signers of Declaration of Independence???
Heart or other organ transplants????? Ph.D. degrees??? Can speak six or more languages fluently????
Could be anything but six fingers and/or six toes is as good an answer as any.......I think.

They are allergic to peanuts.
They have one brown eye and one blue eye (or eyes of different colors).
Dang, Camper, you and I posted this at the same time but you were a millisecond ahead of me.
ETA: It's a good omen--me and Camper posting at the same time so I'll change my FA to different colored eyes.

You'd think with webbed feet, they'd be able to catch and eat their dinner while swimming.

Triplets. Final answer.
It's actually the first thing that came to mind and I see someone else guessed it, too.

I am unable to come up with anything original. I'll go with webbed feet, which is an original answer from another poster

84,000 people suffer from redness of TPR (toilet paper rash) a rare and painful affect on humans who are limited to their access and supply of softer three ply tissue from their retail stores in the area. TPR started a few months after Mr. Whipple died, he advertised and promoted Charmin tissue in his stores. Customers no longer received the advice he once provided them.
