Good morning posters and welcome to the weekend.

Today's peeve is courtesy of cityflair, to whom I thank, and is one I can relate to. So without further ado here is today's peeve;

When someone asks for your advice (it's okay if they don't follow it,) but then they come crying back complaining because their situation hasn't changed.

Oh yessssss. This has happened a number of times with one particular friend who is Ms. Drama Queen (but I still like her).

Seems like sometimes a person will ask for advice, but what they're really seeking is validation for the way they're already doing something, and they have no intention of changing their ways!

I agree with PJ. I think they're just looking for validation or a reason say "Why did you let me do/think that". Responsibility shirkers...many times.
