PLAINFIELD, Ill., June 15 (UPI) -- A 62-year-old Illinois woman who fought with her sister over a 1-degree difference in the setting of their home's thermostat has been acquitted by a judge.

Ilona Sales of Plainfield was cleared Monday by Will County Judge Brian Barrett, who said it was unclear whether Sales or her sister, Wanda Lupina, started the December fight, the Chicago Tribune reported Wednesday.

If someone had died, would that be first degree murder?

Oh, this makes me happy that my sister I and never ended up in court!

Fight on grocery store about which sandwich meat to buy- cheap was HER choice NOT mine! (but it was okay, we were in city no one knew us, nobody to be embarrassed I front of! )

Or the time SHE taking a holiday ornament from home for her dorm room!

Or the funniest...

When I was home after my freshman year, I took some of her silver 50 cent pieces.

Unrelated... Or not?

After I left HS band, part of my clarinet went missing. I thought a student had taken when I left clarinet with my hand diector to sell...

Sooooo, last year I confessed to her about $pending her coins (opps, she had blamed it on her freshman roommates not knowing they were already missing before going to school)

AND guess... SHE was the one who took my clarinet piece.

Yep, good thing nobody called the police!!
