Good timing, as I'll be fixing my scrambled egg breakfast in less than a half-hour.
I love scrambled eggs with mushrooms/onions/cheese, but tonite I'm going to stir in some sour cream. And if it ends up being too delicious/habit forming, I'll curse you for this tip!
Being a night shifter worker, I have my breakfast at 9pm before I go to work!
Ooohhh Pam, you should try scrambled eggs with evaporated milk too. Since there's less water in the milk, the eggs come out creamier (is that a word?)
