I did not know that! A nudie ten years before I was born into growing up with Leave It To Beaver with women cleaning house wearing pearls and hoop crinolines.
I remember Camay, Lifebuoy and Palmolive soap but I had forgotten all about Woodbury.
However, I don't remember the nude woman in their advertising. I led such a sheltered life.
