I can't recall exactly how it was fashioned, but it had something to do with grey sweats and cotton balls along with a water pistol and these two girls came to a party dressed as 'partly cloudy with a chance of rain.'

Pamela funny you said that...I am going way back to the 70's and I too went to a Halloween party as a bag of jelly beans...I wore a leotard and tights then climbed into a clear trash bag and was filled with colored balloons then tied with a ribbon.
Well by the end of the night almost every single balloon got popped by dancing, people bumping into me and yes a few thought it would be funny to just pop my balloons...I was down to a clear trash bag, all wilted with a bunch of popped and wilted balloons sitting in the bottom and then there was me standing there in a leotard...LOL
My daughter (21) put a small pillow in the back of a pair of stretch pants and went as Kim Kardashian last year. She has long brown hair and other ample stuff....so she actually kind of LOOKED like her.
I set my ex-husband up one year as a windy day. Jacket and tie from Goodwill with a hanger through them to hold one side out, glued leaves over one side of it blow dried and hair sprayed his hair to one side and glued leaves to the side of his pants.
A group of us went as Love Boat survivors (for those who remember the sitcom). Found appropriate era dressy clothing, gave our hair and makeup the "been in the water" look and found some old life jackets and painted the words Love Boat on them.
Once I went into a haunted house ride at the fair and someone jumped on the back of ride and scared me so bad I took a chunk of hair out of his head... Of course I was younger and I believed in ghosts.

LOL! Reminds me of the time I went to Knott's Scary Farm (Knott's Berry Farm is a themed park in So Cal). When you enter the park, they have these little monsters come up and scare park guests ... Of course, attempting to scare the Chatteress wasn't the greatest idea ... When the "monster" came up and scared me, I turned on him, pointed my finger and yelled "YOU KNOW WHAT??!!!!! My friend said to me afterwards, "shame on you! Scaring that poor little monster" Well! He DESERVED IT! Don't dish it out unless you can take it! LOL!
Chatteress you reminded me of last year when when we went to a Haunted House in New Hampshire called The Ghoulag. They did a wonderful job and we were terrified...LOL
They actually put people on the chair lift in the pitch black and put them at the top of the mountain to fumble your way through after ending us through maze after maze of terror at the bottom of the mountain. When we came back down off the mountain we thought that once we get out the gate it was over and between laughing , crying, trying to catch our breath when the corn stalks came alive. At that point a friend of ours decided she was going to "take on" the corn stalk and started to yell at him and he started chasing us out of the field...I don't think I have ever laughed so hard.
