Just coffee - two or three cups (small cups) before my brain switches on. Not exercise - DEFINITELY not exercise!

Mentally I feel younger - I still feel 25. Physically I feel older - have found just in the last two or three years, that my physical ability to do things has decreased substantially. That may have something to do with what I said above about exercise!

Anxiety's not really my thing.

Well it's nearly 5.45pm here (Saturday) so I'm not planning to do a great deal more today. I have friends arriving from New Zealand tomorrow so I've been cleaning, tidying and making up the guest beds.

Do you collect anything? I collect soaps from hotels I've stayed in around the world - have been collecting them for 40 years - I think I have over a thousand (but not planning to count them any time soon).

Pretty much. We have various bins for recycling so it's not onerous.

Do you wake up easily in the morning or require coffee, exercise, or something else to get you going?I usually am able to wake up without the aid of caffeine as long as I do all my thinking the night before (what to wear, lunch, etc ...) I'm usually on autopilot.
Do you feel younger or older than your current age? Sometimes I feel older due to being tired and having creaky muscles but younger in terms of attitudes and things I enjoy doing.
Last thing you were anxious about? My performance evaluation last Friday ... I still haven't heard from my evaluator but would likely find out next week.

Seriously, I have a huge stuffed animal collection on top of my entertainment center. I also collect magnets from places I've visited ... My freezer is already filled up so working on the fridge now
Do you recycle at your house? I'll reuse printing paper from a blotched printing job if there's not too much ink on it. I save water bottles and give them to my friend to recycle.

Hi everyone. I wake up easily, always downstairs early. Judy sleeps on! I feel much younger
than my age which is 58. I don't feel any different than when I was in my 20s. Last thing I
was anxious about was a possibe water leak the other day, false alarm. Today Judy and I
are going out trying to book a trip to Las Vegas for her and mummy. Judy umed and ard so
much yesterday we lost out on a bargain. I take a lot of photos behind the camera, but am
not averse to having my photo taken, I think I am quite pretty and in lovely condition for my
age (!) I do collect stuff from Las Vegas. We've got a jar with a quarter from every state, a
glass container of matchbooks from casinos, and of course my cherished collection of dice and
playing cards from many casinos. We do all the normal re-cycling paper, glass etc.
Do you wake up easily in the morning or require coffee, exercise, or something else to get you going? It takes me quite a while to become fully coherent in the morning. I walk around in a stupor and take my time getting ready for work, putting on makeup, etc. I don't drink coffee in the morning, though. Just moving around and getting ready for work eventually wakes me up!

I wake up very easily. It is just a simple case of mind over mattress. It also helps if you don't have anything to eat in the house.
