Good grief! I've seen some male drivers that should be required to have a TEAM of women waving red flags as warnings and have bullhorns too. This one ranks right up there with that old Texas law about it still being illegal to spit on the sidewalks. Too funny!!!
And AZ. I know some people that need that assistance.

I think too many flag-wavers were killed in the early days of this law and they discontinued the enforcement.
