In Memphis TN, it is illegal for a woman to drive a car unless there is a man either running or walking in front of it waving a red flag to warn approaching motorists and pedestrians.

LOL and how much is the ticket? Hmmm this could be the way to rake in some bucks for a city.

Since this is Memphis... does the man waving the red flag have to wear an Elvis impersonator outfit, and does he throw the red flags to onlookers when he's through while saying "Thank you, thank you very much."?

THAT picture was not taken in Orlando. Maybe Cedar Key, or the lower Keys. Looks right above Key West.

I've only lived in Orlando for a little over 3 years. I used to live on the beaches in Jacksonville, Fl. If I didn't have a half decent job here, I would move back.
